Reviews for "Abandoned Escape"

it was fun but having to close the word boxes each time you do somthing eats up time since you keep the timer running.

This game is really wired I can't understand it.

That's a pretty nice point'n click. The graphic excuse the oversize of the map. Q: Is it inspire from the creepy abandoned island/hospital North Brother Island ?

it was ok, but i could not figure out how to finish, i had all the gems, but i didnt know how to place them.

Oh, abandoned mansions... I love them as much as I love escaping from them.
Okay, let's analyze some stuff here:
Graphics - 8/10. Just loved it! Its realism added more creepiness to the game, proportionally making it more interesting.
Soundtrack - 7/10. Not all that great, but helped to add a creepy atmosphere to it, along with the graphics.
Story - 6/10. Very predictable to a suspense point and click game. You should add more details to it, add more originality. Show us a little bit more of the story behind the place while we play the game. The more we explore it, the more we know about it: why there are so much weird things happening in this place, who lived in there, what happened to them, stuff like that.
Puzzles n' challenges - 8/10. They were good. I still trying to find the other two remaining pieces of the amulet for finally doing some progress. The passwords were easy. The first level almost caught me because I'm nearsighted and I wasn't wearing my glasses, so took me a while to find the crowbar.
Gameplay - 7/10. Good. Very simple, which gave to the player a huge chance to beat the game more easily. I liked it. The game lagged a little bit for me, but it was because my computer is a huge piece of crap.
Overall - 3.5 stars, or 7/10. I enjoyed this game, even with the minor issues in it. It wasn't a perfect one, but still decent. It was indeed worth of playing.
