The art and style is lovely, the animation is decent although lacking a few frames in some places.
Only issue was the audio and voice acting was all over the place, what was the deal with that?
He just took that car like a boss, I'm definately watching this

Geeze, it feels like forever since I could give something a decent rating on this site.
Anyway, you have an interesting concept, and I like your art style. Animation was good too. I think you may have to flesh out your story and characters a bit more. With the exception of the girl, everyone looked too similar, and I don't understand how the chess thing is relevant. I think if you improved your delivery a bit, it would greatly improve the cartoon as a whole. For example, it's clear you had a good idea with the quarky mobster group, but because their interactions don't really flow, they come off as being too static to appreciate. All said, I think you can make something really good out of this, so I'll be keeping an eye out for episode 2.
