Cop Dog, not only is he licking himself but also crime. Watch out for his furry paws of fury
I wasn't that impressed by that at first, but it got better. I think my favorite part was at the end when the villain was unmasked. The thing is, I've actually heard that joke being done too many times before. I was so glad you managed to put a funny twist on it! I loved how the dog just sat around doing nothing. Of course, even pooping can come in handy.
It helps that the animation is as good as ever. The voices are really funny too. With more and more people getting credited for stuff, we are becoming more like Hollywood. Of course, the whole Internet is a bit like that now. That 5 looks funny high.

It rambled on for a bit after it felt over and the jokes were a little far fetched (pun bitch) but over all it was pretty good
