probably because it was a larger filesize for a 10 second movie. (still cool though!)
Short, cute...
For a first submission it has relatively clean artwork, animation, and sound. Yeah, there's already a Mega Man vs. Ryu in Capcom's Vs. series, but the joke is still funny anyway, and a bit more like I'd picture it really going down. Keep rollin'
