That mouth is totally fucking awesome. It's not distractingly big, but still gives the same impression of a big fucking mouth. I dunno how you did that, but the fact that it seems way bigger than it is, that makes it way more chilling to me. I dunno. That's sick, man.
Also, nice job on composition. The foreshortened hand looks awesome right next to the head like that.
