Good art style, failed execution with live action footage. Now don't get my wrong, live action footage IS fine in an animation as long as the acting is good and the direction continues following suite to the original story as well but this film does not.
I do hope to see new work from you sir, but for now, you need some work.
I think this video isnt question of rating, just reviewing. The work is..., professional, thats why i dont wanna rate. Idea is pretty common; irony of life. But its better than those american hollywood brainwashing, i mean american dream and heroism. Yes, it evokes sad feelings, but thats why i appriciate it even more. The Earth is cruel place and also life on it. There is much cruelity in this world done and those responsible dont want us to think about their crimes, eventualy the got to power and made this happy propaganda real. But hey it is not so bad, since its not my concern, right? Anyway none can stop those great powerful men, you can stop individuals and with great efforts, but there will be just more coming. You cant stop it, you cant prevent corrupters to be borned, if you know what i mean. Its human nature, greed/this everyones quest for power/this power wanton. The only way is to be happy is to play by their rules and so become one.
Sorry, I just don't get it.
2 stars only for the effort, not more cause i don't prioritize effort, i SORT of agree with bugsysboy21, at first i was expecting a message, but then it wen't from realizing reality(which i don't believe noone (including me) knows anything about what we call reality) like using drugs as subject or something similar, but then it went from war to love to altered states of consciousness to murder to suicide to love again, it felt pretty random as if you're trying to show something but failing miserably sure everything sounds like it might have a connection the way i interpreted it but the way you showed, nope, not a single sense, first off, i'll quote someone, "a way to float is not to escape" even if you're floating your mind is still conscious of reality, and knowing of what's real and what's not depends on your perspective cause the word "knowing" takes something as fact, and what's guaranteed around you? Think over your video as it really showed Nothing in my opinion. Maybe i didn't get the right idea or maybe the idea to me is just too simple and somewhat ridiculous to think it over....but you still gotta admit it IS pretty random like a constant boring psychedelic side-tracking.
its really alot of nothing, the best way i could describe it is a film that tryes so hard to have no meaning that its interpreted as "deep"
