Reviews for "Deadly Neighbors 2"

Dude! This rocks! Hours of fun! No, seriously...
Could be better though in some points.
Why not leveling EACH Member up to 15?
Why the High Prices?
Why the low Amount of Loot?
...

due like killing people is so cool

Very entertaining.

I figured since I was writing reviews I would also write a quick one for this fun little game I played a few days ago. I really enjoyed the variety of units and being able to create a variety of them with different talents. It reminded me of Heroes of Might and Magic in which it's a turned based game where each unit either attacks, defends, or moves. I liked how each house had a different group of members to fight against, but I wish there was a little bit more cohesiveness to the households rather than just random races mixed together. It just seemed odd that you would be fighting two kids and a zombie during the first few missions rather than exhausting normal teams, but hey, that's just nitpicking really.

I felt about half the unit upgrades were just less than helpful, or not nearly as useful as some of the others. I also felt that the AI was very linear in that if you had a pyro unit on your team, all their ranged would always attack them first, even when my other ranged attack was doing double the damage. I liked the specials for each unit also, but felt like since I had upgraded to get them it would have been better if they would either randomly be applied, or permanently applied. I found myself not even using them most of the time because I thought they were automatic, and eventually just forgot they were there..

The biggest letdown, and this might have just been an oversight on my part, but I was unable the guys I had beat the single player missions with to play against others on the web. I kept getting linked to the website where the game was starting over w/o the guys I had just spent 20 minutes upgrading. I have to say that's the main reason I didn't give this a higher score.

Anyways, it's a very fun game that could use a few tweaks to make it even more enjoyable. Good job.

very good game, nicely done! would be nice to be able to upgrade more than one thing at a time though

Lol I do like the concept I do.
