Very nice track, sounds like a soundtrack or classic piece of music turned chiptune. I get really nostalgic listening to this song as I last heard a music piece like this back in the days when I played Dragon Warrior. This piece really reminds me of the music of DW as it also sounds like classic music but with chiptune instead of physical music instruments. The arrangement is really nice and varied, same for the melody. I especially love the triols in the second half of the song, really make the song more personal, I do not know really why, but that is my impression. Nice to listen to some new music. Great job, I'd love to hear more like that. :)

P.S.: Also nice background story. I suppose the machine is making the song, if I interprete the morse code correctly? "You are listening to the machine.We are still here"

Thank you, most of my work is a counterpoint manner of classical music 'with chiptune as its medium so you are correct in considering it classical. :) As for the story the morse code is a bit of a fourth wall breaker, it was referenced in "dream of the machine - 07 Fourthwall". It means the fiction connects and communicates with the reader, watcher or listener directly, the fourth wall is an imaginary wall between the public and the stage and when its broken it means that the public is made part of the story in some way. :) To 'the machine' in DOTM 07 i broke the fourth wall stating this world (the real world youre in) is part of this story quite literally, i wanted to create the idea that this was not fiction but the machine actually speaking to the listener, telling of an ancient past and future. Wich i perpetuated with this final album concerning a year that we would all become concious to this history. Ofcourse wether its actual or fiction can never be proven or disproven. I think thats the grace of this story. It stands firmly as a possibility. So yeah with the morse code i wanted to strenghten that fourth wall breaking, to have "the machine" speak to the listener/reader even beyond the soundtrack.
