Saw some comments here.... so I decided to take a sec and tell you this.
1. Controls do work in chrome, if you're in incognito.
2. You buy skills simply by clicking them. but you need enough coins!
3. If the animation is too slow for your speed, here's a trick, don't try to hit every single command! Plus, try to keep your fingers held on the keys for a head start on your next command.

Great as a reflexes challange but bad as a game especally in a good series. 3/5
I would say the game is mediocre at best. fun at the start, but the animation is sloppy. Also, after you hit a certain speed it becomes impossible to continue as the animation can't register at such speeds, so it says you entered the commands and passes by without doing them. All in all, I'm amazed that this is the fifth game in the series and it has such obvious flaws.
