This would have a lot of potential if there was something to it. The joke is Ok, but by itself, its not enough. My suggestion would be to make it at least 30 seconds long, and to add more to the joke. Also, remove the official opening and replace it with something that sounds similar or maybe even make the opening riff a joke, too. Otherwise, you need to credit the writer of the theme (can't remember who it is at the minute) because just blatantly using it without credit or permission is copyright infringement even though the work is parody, since you are using the exact content and not spoofing it (the theme) in anyway.

It´s a good start, but it´s way to short to be uploaded to Newgrounds. If you make it 2+ minutes, i think it would have a chance.
