hhhhhmmmm i thought this was going to be a frenzy kill game but its more of a searching game but its still good but missing some music and a story and i also dont get how we are suppose to find those items i mean its just too hard i guess but all in all it was a good game

The game is not interesting to get into.
There is no goal. The setting is boring, I like the idea that the lower you get the weirder the fish get.
Maybe you should expand on that and add a goal and a few descriptions and it will be better.
Managed to get ten medals, but the game has no clear objective and no way to finish the level. It seems ill planned out, and it is never explained which fish are harmful to the shark. The medals can only be stumbled upon by luck and the angler fish at the bottom of the screen cannot be eaten. While a fun premise and easy to control, it needs some tweaking.
There is no need to have all the medals secret. This game isn't as bad as people say but it could be hugely improved.
I have to agree with the last person. Game is glitchy as all hell. There is no way to beat the first level from what I could see. The second level doesn't work, which I assume is where the other medals are, which makes them unattainable. No sound or music also sucks.
