Please make sure that you have the latest flash player plugin and browser versions installed. There was a common flash problem with Firefox 13 quite recently which got fixed within Firefox 13.0.1.
Anyway, this is just speculation about your problem and the cause may be something different :(
PM me if you have no idea what to do.

Found this crazy bug where when you try to start the game it makes Firefox freeze. Might be me, might be you. I tried twice and it froze both times, though. So it might be worth looking in to.
