hey - this is definitely ambient genre. It's good. Would make a decent part of a soundtrack for something.

If you feel the need to genre-fy this work, label it Down-Tempo. It's not quite as dance-friendly as Trance, and not emotive enough for Chillout.
A good piece, nonetheless.
