This is an intriguing little game. I like the concept. I think it makes it very realistic that you only get touched once and die. And having a limited amount of stamina to swing the sword is good as well. I also felt like the movement was awkward at first, but I got the strategy of it down pretty quick.
What I think needs to improve is the layout of levels, you probably need some backgrounds, etc. Something to make it more livelier. But I think you have a good concept. Also, if I kill a guy, it's kind of stupid that I can get killed afterwards by touching his sword lol.
Anyway, good idea, keep developing the concept and you'll go somewhere.
