Reviews for "Art of Theft TEST"

Overall, I loved the game play but it lacked balance, if you upgrade spammed, you'd become ridicously rich way too fast. Also the upgrades are unclear and I wish more numbers showed such as what upgrades do exactly and what each country does rather than being unclear. (2.5x faster for example)
I also wish selling was instant, I felt it was completely unnecessary to put it on a random timer that sold stuff when it felt like it and wouldn't sell if there was a daily report. Also one of the countries could only send 1 unit and nothing happens when you hit the goal number of a million. I feel like you should add country restrictions so they can only buy countries NEAR countries that are already bought so people don't just jump the 200k country like I did after upgrading completely. I literally upgraded, removed all my thieves and placed them in a new country and upgraded then went straight to the 200k once i had the computer stealing country. (Another thing, you should show how much a thief costs to make in certain countries)

Other bugs I noticed is that the first country or tutorial country as I like to call it continuously repeats the tutorial message when you send more thieves in, also when you send a thief in WITHOUT clicking on it the message doesn't pop up, despite you sent one.
Great game and it did kill my time but i felt showing numbers and placing restrictions to make the game harder was a MUST.

Well..First it was way too slow..then i got car equipment and i got 100k a time...This is so unbalanced..Add fast forward and dont make one upgrade fuck everything up,

Pretty good... some spelling errors, though.

This is a good start to what could be a solid game. Like other commenters the lack of balance was startling. The timing at the beginning was probably good. Could handle being a tiny bit faster but that probably isn't neccesary.

You could probably space this out by increasing the prices on some of your upgrades. Especially unlocks for new gear.

Another idea is the cost of getting caught should go up.
Also if you lost the thief who was caught that would increase the difficulty and slow things down.
Items that earn more might also get picked up at a slower rate.

I really need to see how much I'm going to earn or spend for each upgrade in order to really enjoy the game. And what to all these other upgrades do? 'you need one of these' isn't a good description. if there's a stat it's modifying tell me about that stat.

It's a good start. i'll play the next version.

the start of the game is nice but moment i got like 30 thieves the games became a click fest. More money then i could spent. i got the 200k country as my 4th country that's like jumping to the finals only after doing a warm-up.

idea is good. Maybe more changes to get caught / lose thieves and stuff like a own place / fortress to stash your loot. and pointing thieves on there main priority would be nice. Like say they should only steel gold necklaces.

overall a good test version of a game that can do with a lot more content. keep up the good work
