Reviews for "Ultimate Arena Extreme"

Controls are stiff, the graphics are poor, and in the end it just feels like a 2006 game. The concept isn't even original either.

Great game ,reminds me of Super smash Bros , what this game needs is more characters with there own attacks and skills , items
its still a great game tho :)

yeah... nostalgia value from original SSB, thats about it though. only one style of attack, only one character, no dangers on the levels. all those things make a great brawler... this was just, meh.

Anybody who liked this game and thought it was lacking something should play the real super smash Bros. See this game takes the basic mechanic of super smash bros. but lacks all the things that make that game a classic. Memorable characters, cool and diverse skill sets, cool and diverse power-ups, fast and furious gameplay, Deceptively simple controls that give the ability to forever develop new strategies and techniques. Those are the things that make SSB great and those are the things this game misses out on. I mean Graphically it's fine, it's easy to control but that's only because there are barely any controls to remember, the gameplay is boring and repetitive. The only reason it gets more than one star is because it reminded me of how much I love SSB, and now if you'll excuse me I have to go find my N64.

There are many games like this.

This fails because there is insufficient variety in the game play.

Every unit does the same thing and there is no individuality. Ie. no skill.
