Reviews for "Reincarnation: BB"

Some very obtuse puzzles here, with the solutions defaulting to "click everywhere and try using every item on every hot spot" too often. The moss/bell puzzle is probably the worst offender here, because not only does the moss not stand out, but why would I think to stuff it as a sound dampener?

Everything else is very well done. Hopefully doing the larger game will give you some breathing room to create more logical puzzles.

*SPOILER ALERT*
For a Reincarnation game, this is not so bad; but it isn't all that good either..

So I think at least some people have explained certain things that I am about to explain, I had to chose whether to give it 2 or 2.5 stars.
This really isn't one of the best Reincarnation games but it was pretty likable. I am going to list some pros and cons.

Pros:
The animation has certainly improved, it is absolutely top notch work, it's one of the best I have ever seen.
The voices are brilliant, as always; each voice suits it's character greatly and I always and still love the voice of that little purple unnamed demon.
The character and background designs are decent as well.
The music also was pretty nice even if it might be a little forgettable.

Cons:
(oh boy here we go)
First off, I want to address that I am NOT going to include the fact that this game was short, lots of these are short and it doesn't matter how long they are, its about if you enjoyed them or not.

The first and main problem has to be the use of random guessing, lots of these really don't make sense, I mean who is ever going to guess "Oh! I have to mix flies with the alcohol so that they could die!" or "I have to get that moss in the background so that it will silence the bell!" I mean, I don't even think it's possible to get through this game without a walkthrough or guide.
The second is the feel of a rushed storyline, one of my favorite things to do is discover what evil mystery the culprit is up to, but in here the evil deed is literally revealed at the beginning "This guy beats his wife... There's your evil deed now just kill him already." also his death penalty was just bland, a pole pushes him into the water and a crocodile kills him, wow; might as well just walk up to him, freaking shoot him, and then feed him to the crocodile.
Finally, the last con about this has to be the fact that there are glitches, this isn't a major con though because I never actually faced any glitches in this game, I just read earlier reviews, but it still might be something you have to fix..

Before writing this review I gave it the rating of 2.5 stars but now after coming to a conclusion I have decided to lower the rating to 2 stars only, maybe you should put a bit more effort into these and maybe test it for bugs a bit more, but that is just my opinion and it should not keep you from doing anything you want.

Overall, 2 stars.

i know how to finish

I got the glitch. I really love the Reincarnation Series. I love the first ones though, they have a full length story and a lot less glitch. I was thinking that shorter version were good, since that would logically mean less glitch, but it wasn't the case for this game. I still like you and your games, but, so far, this was a bust. But keep up what you're doing. you're a very good developer, don't give up... :)

Boy howdy, I sure do like having to pixel hunt for background elements, randomly combine items to figure out whatever inane combination the creator was thinking, all for the reward of having the reason the sinner must be punished handed to me whilst having no fucking clue as to how booze+flies=man eaten by alligator.
