Reviews for "Hordes of Hordes"

it'd be great if we could make an account so we could save our progress. all in all its really an awesome td game with lots of potential.

I loved tyhis at first play.... and then i realized how INSANELY grindy it was, and how damn long it takes.

Seriosuly, the units that are "trap ignore" and "unit ignore" are what kill this for me: the traps inflict EXTREMELY LOW DAMAGE, and have MASSIVE RELOAD TIMES. if you want to fix this, it takes HOURS AND HOURS of game time to reduce these values by as little as 1%.

in short: TL, won't Finish.

Also:Fast waves that ignore units are impossible to defend against, because you cannot create a trap-chain long enough to deal with them all in the span of time it takes for them to get to your gate. I could not beat level 2 because in the last 3 levels it was 60 "ignore units" baddies, followed by 70-odd "regenerate 5% health every square." baddies. and i had 100% health going in to that.

Still, if it was significantly less grindy, it would be a damn fine game.

Maybe it's me who's not in the mood, or that the game is outdated, it just felt so mundane and boring...

I feel bad for that all this effort was wasted.

On my first play, i really liked it... but now the focus of the units is really annoying. Why do they focus the last target, instead of the first? Always having a couple of units just passing my defence with about 1hp, becouse a new unit came into reach of my archers and walking throw my freakin mace without getting harmed... Loosing a lvl becouse of a bad defence is hard, but loosing becouse of the bad focus of the units? Oh come on...
Well, but i like the idea with the upgrades and the earning of materials, but i hate it loosing on the last lvl and getting nothing, becous emy units dont manage to take down the first ones.

good game, however upgrading units needs to do something other than making them suck 1% less
