This was made in only 48 hours? Amazing. The only detrimental thing was the controls and some of the mechanics. It was hard to keep Lydia from falling all the time (luckily there was no annoying death cry, nor did it take forever for the game to reload), and pushing objects was a bit difficult (to push a box, you could only slide it a little bit before it getting stuck. At that point you had to jump or walk away and come back to push it more). Other than that, it was cute and fun :)

My first jam game so it's a bit unpolished, and I learned a lot from making this. Glad you enjoyed it.
It is good but the jump button is very spazy an it barley lets you jump. Thank you for a great game good platformer. Needs carnage even a snake or two to stomp though.
What an incredible effort, i commend you, this is quite plaudible.
Although a good game overall with a nice story, I believe the controls were a little too sensitive, making the jumping puzzles harder than they needed to be.

First of all, if your going to make a game... put REAL time and effort into it... A REAL game is something you put your blood sweat and tears into... not something you made in 48 hours... and I've seen games made in 48 hours that we're 10x better than this.... Dont make a quick game... makle something worth playing..

I put lots of time and effort to my regular games, but this was made during 48 hour game making contest, so of course it's short and rushed.
Besides, you have no idea how much blood sweat and tears it takes to get even something like this done in 48 hours. Short time doesn't equal easy work.
