The animation and presentation are quite nice, but as an April Fool's prank it falls very short of the mark. At least I hope it's a prank. This game never comes out and says it, and is little different to any other frustratingly difficult game. Is there anyway to avoid knife in the head? Or are the extra medals just part of the "joke"?
