It's really catchy! The animation is average, but still very clever!
First of all, the audio and graphics are horrible quality. A ten year old could do better. Second of all, the jokes aren't that funny and the premise is terrible. Lastly, does it really need to loop? Do better next time.
It really needs a preloader, that is basic, the audio quality is pretty bad too, if you are not gonna focus on animation, at least try to focus on audio since it's important on your kind of movie, try to act a little more, the characters seem dead, not only because of the lack of animation, but also for the lack of acting and bad audio.
That said, I think I know what you were aiming for, and it wasn't a bad premise, just keep on polishing your skills, and good luck.
