Debut animation, huh? Well you're deifnitely on your way then.
Personally I felt a couple parts dragged on for just a -little- too long, mainly just the beginning sequence of him getting on the computer. However, it had good voices, and an enjoyable art style.
All in all, nice job.
As this is your first animation I won't be too hard on the actual animation. After all that comes with time and experience. However the reason I score this so low is because I honestly can't tell what the joke is suppose to be, aside from people yelling at each other. Are you saying that the new site config is too complicated? That it didn't really change anything?
Can't say I get it, so I didn't find it the least bit funny.
Hum... a video about the new newgrounds interface... with some weird things like "braw" that was suposed to be funny... yea dude you didnt tuched me with this. half a star for you... hum I changed my mind, you did a funny joke at the beguinning, thats worth a star so one and a half star.

you do realize that you call guys bro's and girls bra's, you basically called each other girls, I wont rate it cause the comedy seems retarded to me, but it may be funny to other people and you seemed to go for comedy rather than skill or style which it didn't look like you tried too hard, I mean its decent, but not really good. so I wont vote cause of a lack of preference... but I do think the bra mistake was kinda funny
