Ulfric was either a traitor or brainwashed. You find a report about him in the Thalmor Embassy (if you actually do the main quest :P )

Pretty good. Also, Ulfric: Charismatic speaker who wants his nation strong but is racist against several groups. Helping to free his people while at the same time furthering his own agenda General Tulius: No racial biases but a tool to the empire and the Thalmor. He also allows for cruel methods such as torture to get information. A tool vs. a greedy king, torture vs. racism. They're both crap. I usually side with the Stormcloaks, since I figure their racism is better than the Thalmor's "Master Race" ideology.

This was a great animation, but I am a bit confused. Since I have only gone down the Stormcloak path and made Ulfric the High King, no one has told me about this deal with the thalmor, and he keeps saying that the Jarls will hold a moot to decide who becomes the High King. When does he betray Skyrim, and when is the moot held? Or does the game go into a perpetual state of political stasis once you beat it?
