I don't have usually big problems to win. I've recently played the game two times and won once.
This game works, but it is impossible to win. The computer doesn't make any mistakes whatsoever. I mean, it isn't a bad game, but it really isn't that fun.
Eh, there isn't anything really interesting about this game and just making the grid bigger for a game like Tic-Tac-Toe only makes it harder to actually win. Not sure if it's just me being naive, but I didn't win once against the computer because there was so many more chances for it to win.
The graphics could also have been more visually interesting besides monotone colors with very large and crudely placed text to the side. I was confused why you added a sound button considering the only sound was some dashing sound bites.
Maybe add a bit of music? Don't just leave the player bored with dead silence.
Try and play test your game and make sure it's actually fun and manageable to win.
