I didn't expect the first time he started singing. It's pretty funny, but a bit short. Good job anyways! :)
I loved it. At first I didn't know because your characters looked a little rubbish, but then I started watching and I laughed pretty fucking hard. The animation is great and you have tons of potential!

The bright thing in not scoring high is that it leaves plenty of room for improvement. I sort of share Mr-Smashnbash comment on this (too lazy to type out the rest XP) but other reviewers already covered what needs to improve. All in all good job and keep improving.
