The animation is done extremely well! Something about the way she wipes the blood off her face just looked so smooth, natural and amazing. That, and this music video is amazingly hilarious. The gore was cartoon-ish and not quite overdone (considering the nature of this video). All I can say is that is is brilliantly awesome!
P.S.: Andrew W.K., the artist of Ready to Die, is (most likely) a brony. He posted a bunch of Pinkie Pie PMVs that used his music, on both his twitter and facebook accounts.
