Predictable but charming.

This flash was worth watching and provided a few smiles.
In particular, Wade's appearance was pretty cool.

Animation: Simple and smooth. The bodies look strange to me but your animation style was pretty sweet. It lacked a real plot and relied a lot on a few small jokes, and was a little too drawn out for what it had.

Sound: Pretty basic crashes and the ever-common "Fulp." Still, it gets the job done without being annoying. Voice acting was pretty good.

Humor: A few jokes, but it got kind of stale. Still, it was mildly funny to watch Tom Fulp cause all sorts of ruckus on his way to work.

Overall, it's a basic flash, with simple jokes and was good for a watch. Would have been nice to see an adventure or some more story added on. The punchline was predictable, but still pretty fun.

7/10. I enjoyed it.

When he drove by the kids i knew he was going to come back. When he was about to reply to his wife, I predicted he was gonna talk normal than FULP. I hate when my predictions are right.

repetitive humour, decent animation good sound.

repetitive humour in a comedy tend to make the animation lose 4/5 for humour, try mixing up the humour stles by adding some plot jkes,

Me no like. It gives you the wrong image. Tom may or may not pass this for the last-chance blam shield, but even though he's awesome, he's not Chuck Norris. Sorry, Tom. And "Fulp" is NOT all he can say. I give it points for being at least partially entertaining, though.

Did I miss something?

I thought it was a ripoff of the Dad series and the drawings were horrible. It felt like the pacing was off and it took too long for the cartoon to end. Some of the time I could not understand what Mr. Fulp was trying to say. For the average cartoon I tend to watch it more than once but once was enough. I did not think it was funny and was glad when it was over. But on the other hand this is the first cartoon I have watched from this creator and if this how all of their cartoons are I will give it another thought.
