Unfunny foreigner is unfunny. Sorry, I can't just sell out high ratings like the brain-dead folks below me who only give positive reviews to ensure their review is rated as "helpful."
You can have 5 out of 10 for your animation. The joke material, however, is quite dull for this day and age. All of your submissions are so plain and predictable in terms of content.
Practice Humor
A good joke is a good joke, but you pulled that one out WAY too long. You started by establishing your premise: One man claims to be teaching his dog to play chess. By the fact that this man is an idiot and is mocking the dog, hypothesizing that the dog cannot play chess, we now know, thanks to conventional storytelling, that by the end of this piece the dog will play chess and beat the oaf who is mocking him.
Honestly, you drew it out way, way, way too long.

I got those jokes. But it is not really funny. I rated it 4 stars because the graphics are kinda good.
