Umm...
It was a good as far as the art and animation went, but I found the humor to be flat. It seemed obvious from the beginning that it was the velociraptor and that little tidbit made santa go from the only one who seems to have a decent head on his shoulders into an idiot with anger issues.
Apart from the main plot, which as I mentioned was way too obvious, the side stories like the two detectives who think they are awesome, the protagonist and another elf discussing his obsession with the murder of the reindeers, and even the misled accusation of the snowman were all slow and dull. I see how they could have been funny, but there was far too much filler.
With all that aside, I love your characters and art, you have a talent with that. Perhaps you should find someone who is good with writing comedy scripts and collaborate? I know thats the only way I improve, through working with others.
