Pretty good for a simple drop-'n'-catch game, but I wouldn't quite call it 'ultimate'. I mean, you have seven ponies to work with, and the only thing that separates them is that different things earn them different amounts of points. It's an interesting idea, but what about things like individual abilities for each of the ponies? Twilight could teleport a set distance when you press a certain key or sequence, Rainbow can be faster than the other ponies, Pinkie can walk off one side of the screen and appear on the other, etc, etc...
