I don't know what yor problem is but you need to learn that sometimes it's these unloved side characters who manage to spice up a series later, much like team rocket in pokemon or waddledee in the kirby series. It is also not your place to tell seven different people what they should be doing with their lives so kindly, stop trying to boss people around. If you want it animated yourself, then make the animation. Oh wait, you can't, you only have one piece of still art in your gallery.
Don't criticise before you can do it yourself young noobie-san.
Now, on to the real matter, the actual review. As usual, the art style is very interesting and it gives depth to the two hackers who are causing trouble in the TOME series... I think Rockoon (is that how his name is spelled?) has some serious psychological issues especially how he seemed to put emphasis on blowing actual living people up. The other guy, who's name forgets me for the time being is very true to life. He doesn't want to do the job but it's a source of income so he does it. When you put the two together the way you did, you essentially set two very different stereotypes together (the buff sport nut and the psychotic inspirer) and managed to make something that would no doubt happen in real life today.
I also liked the two non-important characters. Clearly you were making fun of the furry community (which I guess is ok? I know a lot of people who play furries who aren't like that, but I've also seen a ton who are so no use defending that ship). I also have to ask, was the second victim meant to be Linebeck from phantom hourglass? He looked remarkably similar.
I think the best part you can do from here is to continue the series, but maybe keep doing these shorts to show the other side of the story and what these two hackers and other side characters are doing in the meantime of each episode. That way, it pieces together the entire story of TOME and in the end fleshes out the reality of the entire of TOME.
