Reviews for "Cookieland"

Very Enjoyable

I have to say, I liked the rewind time function in this. That makes the game pretty much. Everything else is kind of similar to the others however which is part of the reason why I gave it an 8. The other part is the shooting mechanic needs to be fine tune a little bit more although it doesn't make it unplayable. The rewind time aspect should be added to all future games similar to this.

Although I like the lack of score and such(because it makes it a more relaxing game not trying to be a perfectionist), it makes this game not really repayable without one. Once your done with a level you move on since there are no stars or score to beat.

The graphics are decent, I wouldn't give it a perfect score since some stuff is a little pixelated. Most objects are pretty good, I would just only fine tune it a little bit if you were to release another version or cookieland 2.

Game mechanics and playable was a little off compared to other games. This is because the cookie sometimes have weird bounces which usually made the game easier. Another issue is the cannon is hard to get a soft shot compared to a fast hard shot(a lot less range to use softer shots). I would make the power system of the cannon not go as powerful as quickly.

I would definitely recommend this game if your just looking for a quick relaxing game or of the younger crowd. The game is relatively easy and only 30 levels long so for the more hardcore game, probably wouldn't spend more then 5-10 minutes on this.

Thank you for your very helpfull review!

Revolutionary

Rewinding time... that's gotta be one of the coder tricks that nobody can duplicate like Katamari Damacy's cumulative effect. It's very original, and made the game worth playing.

Thanks, but we are not first, who use this feature. And it was not very hard to make it ;)
