A rare game exceeding the limits of Flash...
I have never found a flash game that good since I had played the Cactus McCoy series by Flipline Studios. The developer of this game has not forgotten a single detail of what makes a good gameplay, like excellently fitting backgrounds and professional visual effects.

All around great but found what I think to be a glitch with bowser and bathrobe bowser
(: If you strafe at them just after they slam down you hit them) and also RetroRampage maybe you and/or your computer just sucks.

Boss? I think 3rd boss is hard (for me).
Bowser? I already tried it on Editor, But... It's impossible!!

This game has great action gameplay, graphics and soundtrack! I love it! Great job, Psycosis!
But if you will make Billet Bill 4, make there more different things.

If you don't have a quick eye, you wont survive this long.
Its, just as the first one, a game that i can see myself playing until i beat it 100%, and as all the medals for this one are secret, I'm gonna be on this for awhile...
I also noticed the pixilization. (wrong spelling?) If you wanted, im sure you couldve made better graphics, but i know you did that on purpose. Brings back old games...
