What are the controls? I clicked but nothing happened. There are no instructions. Too bad, I was kinda looking forward to it.

Same problem
Although I activated hardware-acceleration and even after I updated everything that's needed for it, your game still doesn't detect it.
be it adobe or your fault, I don't really care.

all i did was go back an forth on every phase grabbing the occasional weapon upgrade and i got a perfect more often that not and never died. too easy and really boring
Needs a little consideration
I hate to give a game a bad rating when I can't even play it, but at the very least, if no hardware accelleration is detected, it could at least do a favor and not even attempt to use them. Once I load up this page, then the game instantaneously loads, it drastically slows down and it becomes a hassle to click the X button to hide the flash.
It's like putting a "beware of dog" sign inside the house.
