Not only is this classic NG, but its an homage to a great series on current NG! I miss the days when seal clubbing and other hot topics like that we're made fun of... in good fun of course. Oney would be proud.... oh wait he already saw this. ^_^

True horror
the reason that this game is fun is because you're scared of the pedophile, and quite frankly i find it scarier than any of the new horror games.
A bit slow.
I enjoy that you made a game based off a flash animation, but I felt there were some things that could be worked on.
The tiles on the floor were spread too far apart. And how is sleepyness a part of this too? It's in the middle of the day and that baby thing is sleepy? Not to mention that the stranger guy is a speed demon and if you're trying to run to the nearest tile to regenerate your sleepiness, you won't be able to make it.
Instead of a sleepiness bar, how about an energy bar when you need to make a run for it? Then it can be rejuvenated in bits when over the tiles and a full recovery when he takes candy. The sleepiness makes the game WAY too hard to make a high score. That is all.
