Reviews for "Rebuild 2"

so i have discovered 3 of 5 endings take the city hall, the escape the city, and destroying the judgemen gang. the endings i never tried or done is find the cure, and the chosen one (bad ending) so yeah... happy playing!

for the escape the city you need trade gustav a rotor engine for the chopper not the zombie cure it's fake (the option appear when you found the Helipad)

to destroy the judgement gang you need a subway. scout the subway, then you will found one of the gang member. the survivor start to following him and lead him or her to the gang fort (when you ready to attack use the riffs help)

the city hall it's simple. the city hall usually at the corner of the map, or just take 30 buildings and it will show you where the city hall is. first you kill all the zombies the claim the city hall (after you claim it you must wait 10 days or turns but when you do that theres always endless hordes)

The game crashes every time I try to access the configuration!

great game but the screen size is too big

[My thoughts] This is a GREAT turn-base game, I really enjoyed it. Absolutely would play again. Requires a lot of thought and extreme cautious whether it's clearing out zombies, looting or even calculating how much food there is. Again, a great game requiring strategy and thought, I am glad to have played: if you haven't then please do BUT it does have its flaws. For instance: you can't alter the settings, you can't config the game without the screen disappearing entirely. Does anybody else have this problem or is it only me? You cannot mute the constant audio in the background - while it does fit the scenario it can get tiresome quickly, and as aforementioned you can't shut it off, at least, I couldn't. The game itself has plenty of re-playability HOWEVER it is extremely repetitive and annoyingly addictive nevertheless still immensely fun. I have played and completed multiple times and continue to play. I just wish you could have more than one file at a time.

[Game-play] Regarding game-play, character creation is random: you don't decide what they will look like, only their name and sex and the city they intend to retake. This is fine: I like how any character can be renamed at any time as well as the city itself. You have to be cautious with how to utilise your survivors and the farther your sanctuary expands the more hazardous it becomes. Larger compounds will require more survivors to protect it which in turn will require more food and scavenging is limited. I really liked this segment of the game, especially the decisions that bear sometimes severe consequences. I found even after my first completion of the game I was still discovering new things, and because of the decisions this game has plenty of re-playability making it endlessly fun. Overall a great game, loses half a star for being unable to mess around with the settings, audio is loud, intrusive, maybe fitting but not adjustable. Same goes for other settings as well as being a sorely repetitive game but that doesn't take away from how much fun there is to be had here or the challenge. I urge anyone looking for a turn-base, strategy game that hasn't played yet to play this game.

[Quick tip] if there is anyone that hasn't played yet RECLAIM A HOSPITAL! Zeds aren't the only thing out there. RESEARCH doesn't hurt either!

[Spoiler] If you haven't played yet then read at your own risk. After completing the game I took five survivors with high stats and over the course of the next game or two completely maxed out their other stats, I called them Super Soldiers, extremely helpful to have especially early on when you need new buildings or farms fast. Anyway there was only one ending I had left to get, which was the Church Ending. Needless to say I wasn't looking forward to it, knowing what was bound to happen. I had already gotten rid of the church in prior games so I figured keeping the suicide cult alive would end up costing me my men. Boy was I right, after a while survivors began killing themselves, two Super Soldiers went beyond the gate and were killed, along with all of my farmers and since the church was always celebrating I wasn't able to replace them. Other than my idle leader the other two Super Soldiers were either the head of the church or assisting the Mysterious Doctor. Soon, after the last survivor went outside there were four of them left, my leader, the cult leader, the doctor and his assistant. Eventually my leader too leaped to his death thus ended my reign of Super Soldiers (┛◉Д◉)┛彡┻━┻
Granted that doesn't take away from the game, part of the joy in it is never knowing who will make it and who won't. Just, eh, don't get too attached to anyone...

Thank you Sarahnorthway for an excellent game.

This game is the best flash game ive played so far. freakin sick!
