Another entry into cat themed burglars
Not a bad one mind you. Better power set than Catwoman, though probably not quite as odd as Black Cat's.
Though why frown on it? It's an archetype "cat burglar" female simply taken far past it's colloquial roots.
Super high likelihood of aging into a crazy old cat lady though.
