Addictive

Very nice. I love the multidirectional approach and after placing a very highscore (right after JeremyX on the leaderboard) I can honestly say that I hate the yellow apples that don't add that much to the score once you've reached your wave goal but keep coming right at your head nonetheless, making you bigger and bigger and impossible to maneuver. In the end, there was just no more room for my snake, but my score was still much lower than Jeremy's - who obviously was more competent on getting to the goals before growing too large.

Always liked this type of game but...

I think you did it much better that normal 4 direction ones. I like how simple the graphics are. Hope there are updates in the future.

Neat!

I like the fact that you can travel more than 4 directions. It actually makes the game much more fun. In response to kego-thundergod, it's not impossible to get stuff that's up against the walls, and actually easier than the 4-way controls. I also like that there's more than one apple on the screen at a time. The only thing I didn't like is that when I paused the game and then came back, I couldn't tell which end was the head (whch direction I was traveling). Perhaps add eyes, or an arrow to indicate the head? Overall, though, a great twist on an old game.

A fun version of the game

I'm the current high-score holder of this game (according to the scoreboard it gives me), which I find odd because the game actually advises you on strategy. Here's a screen-shot to help other players get the idea of what it means by 'coil tightly' (or however it phrased it). http://img685.imageshack.us/img685/97 84/screenshotjjl.png

Finally a snake I can love!

Always LIKED snake but I could never master it. Now I have so many angles to choose from. More than 4 not quite 360 but awesome non the less.

Suggestions: Variable speed. Not to stop but up and down or a selection of speed as difficulty level before stfarting wouldn't be bad.
