i went to the nether and got teleported above the nether like on the bed rock and the portal isnt there i also didnt bring any thing but a diamode pickaxe

Uhm.... if you fall fast enough, you may be able to go through the layer of bedrock...?
Other than that, you can die and be back in the overworld.
