This could have been PERFECT if it wasn't about the damn clock character. That's mostly Tom Fulp's fault though in my opinion, so I still give it a 5/5 and a 9/10.
I'm.... shocked...
It had some of the low quality animation I was expecting, but it was surprisingly coherent. Even the more poorly animated parts seemed to have a bit of effort put into them. The thing that truly shocked me though was that despite the name.... there was no cock joke. Its clock crew... and its name is dick around.... and there wasn't a cock joke. Bravo, sirs. You've taken my expectations and twisted them on their head.
Plus the song is catchy.

Sorry guys, but this is just too much dicking around on one place. Too many parts, and not many connected except by the song.
Also, unless I concentrated real hard, I could not comprehend anything from the fast parts of the song. Even then some words were unclear(too fast!)
