the ass there feels like its just been put there without reasoning, and i dont like how in more than three quaters of the comments its like hot or sexy or like boner of something, its art its not ment to be hot or anything its ment to give you a slight feeling of it but your not ment to be looking at the picture your ment to be looking at the meaning and the detail.
9/10 for the great detail but lost a point because of the foreground.

Actually well-done
This is actually a very well-drawn, busy scene with a lot going on. The angle is interesting and every character is doing something active. I also like that the girl lighting up appears to be looking at the artist. The textures are fantastic (even on the sign in the background) and the shading really pops. Very finely done.
