Holy crap, it's "Man With The Machine Gun"!

On the Black Mages II: The Skies Above, they did this song! I couldn't place it within FFVIII, but now I know where it's from! Oh, man, fantastic job, there.

Now, for the piece itself - good take. Speeding it up was a good move, certainly made the track more enjoyable, considering that this version isn't the one I'm used to, which has electric guitars playing the main melody. I normally pass up songs that sound completely synthesised, with no attempt at mimicry of an orchestra or band, but I like this for the amazing tune. Well done. 9/10.

The sped up thing...

... is actually what makes this song so awesome. It's so much more energetic this way. If your 'experiments' always amount to this... Then I'd say experiment a hell of a lot more!

Who cares if it was sped up? Are you guys that fucking insecure about your music that you need it exact even when it's a personal remake? How do you know he didn't intentionally do it? To the guy below me, ignorance is bliss.

Anyways, great remake, I can't really say it's a remix because it actually sounds very similar to the real version, though I haven't heard it in almost a year. Ignore the ignorance of others.
