It kinda lacked
Won't lie, it was good, but could been better. You have to figure the Black Ranger was a dancer back then, there wasnt anything to make him seem flashy in this, also, you didnt try making the axe be used as a power blaster. That would have made it more interesting. Also, some more music.

Really awesome work dude, I just think your sound design could've used a lot of work. The sound effects sounded really cheap and low quality. The animation was fantastic though.

i had a problem wit hthe advertisement of your site in the middle of the animation, it was a bit annoying
should so use the G1 power rangers intro as BGM
using the 1st generation background music for power rangers would have made me give this a 5 and a 10
Wow, I wasn't expecting that...
Your animation is solid, a little more screams of pain and SFX of stuff getting ripped apart would've helped. Although, I don't think Putties ever screamed, just alot of BLUBBABLLBLALABLL when I think about it...hmm.
