I'm just impressed it's 3D
The only real problem with it is the gameplay balancing. Or maybe I'm just a moron for choosing all the expert stuff right out of the gate.

One thing I should mention - the AE86 is expert because it's the slowest car in the game, capable of getting the best times. You have to drift with it to get good times, and it has a Mario Kart style boost if you drift for long enough ;)
Quite good
First off, the 3D is very good, the physics engine is very good, and the tracks are very good looking.
The music, i did not like. It didn't quite fit a racing game, more like a fast paced platformer, but not a racing game. I'll admit that this is a very full game, running quickly due to the low polygon count, and you've made some smart choices with the game.
All in all, this is a very good game, thank you for posting it!
framerate issues...
...did not exist. wierd. I'm ansolutley amazed to find how smoothly super drift ran on my 13 year old dinosaur of a computer. I never noticed any sort of lag or slowdown, which was absolutley amazing! Sadly, this game lacks in a few areas - firstly, controls feel a bit sensetive. It's far too easy to oversteer, which is a massive issue in a game that relies on drifting and precision control. Secondly, the lack of different musical selections was a bit dissapointing. I'm sure it wouldn't have been that difficult to include a few other songs to listen to on the car radio? My final and very minor complaint is the lack of content. There could have been a few more tracks and vehicle selections, but there are enough to keep hardcore racing fans coming back to finish speedlaps and the like. Overall, you have an absolutley INCREDIBLE engine for 3D gameplay (despite a steering wheel that needs some tweaking), just not enough game to actually be played.
NIce driving, great music! If this was a PS1 game, it would sell in the billions!!!
I'm generally not a fan of driving games, but this was freaking cool! I think the best thing about it is how good the graphics are. I thought I was going to have to do at least three laps in the first round. Then again, I was on the "Easy" mode. It really does remind me of those Gran Turismo games you see in arcades. Dang, I need to go to those more often.
The sounds are pretty authentic too. This is one of the best games I've played that won an Underdog Of The Year award. The 3D certainly stands out. You could have had a better way of telling how the other car(s) were behind you. That may have just been in easy mode.
