What is with the fourth boss?
I was enjoying this game--I mean, not much for the slightly comical story line, or the graphics, but it's a standard shooter, with fine controls and what looks like some interesting upgrades. It's not great or original, but I thought it was fun and good.
Then I got to the fourth boss, and all my enjoyment evaporated. His sweeps with the lasers are unavoidable. I have level 3 flying speed, and at my rate he moves far too fast. The best I can do is start by the right laser and move right, immediately after he starts. That dodges 1 sweep, but the next 6 are unavoidable; even if I move in advance, I can't cross to the other side of the screen in the second I have before he comes back, and he inevitably hits me over and over again.
What are you expecting us to do here? Should I have spent all my points on speed this whole time? Sorry I guessed the wrong upgrade. Maybe I should have flipped a coin? Or maybe I should go back and grind the lower levels? Why am I grinding levels only 4 levels in? In either case, it's no longer a contest of skill, and I'm no longer interested in playing.
