That was great. I really liked it. You did the paper craft style seemingly flawlessly - It was really very effective, nice work.
I think it all came together nicely. I was really hoping they'd make it out together. I cared so much for those two little brains. D:
The bit after the credits was an interesting and sweet touch.
Anyway, great work :) I really enjoyed that.

I didnt know what to think
At first i thought it was gonna be short. Then i thought it was just gonna be weird. Then i thought it was demented because of the whole rape thing. Then i thought it was gonna be a happy ending. Then a great escape. Then a slightly sad ending. Then a disturbingly sad ending. Loved it. And i also like how you made the guy all wimpy and abused and the woman fat and used because it kinda showed the saying "cant judge a book by its cover" but in a reversed way, like i thought she was gonna be pretty or rich or something. Turns out, shes fat and got raped. Again, loved it.

Smooth animation. It felt very hand-made and lively.
The story was simple yet dramatic -- it worked very well.
And the choice of music was perfect.
