Not amazingly animated which reminded me of Manga, not anime. Anyway the guy with the gun reminded me of myself when playing first person shooters.

Quite humorous and i like the graphics. Funny thing though i noticed the girl had 3 legs when she runs.
Art was decent, but...
I think a bit more effort could have gone into the animation here. It seemed to largely be a simple flash loop with minor, occasional changes thrown in. I animated more complicated things in my high school digital media course (using power point; my teacher sucked). Music was great, but slightly too fast paced for the minimal content it was put to. Also, you could have worked on the text you used a bit more. It seemed a bit standard, and in moments where it should have been a bit more zesty it, well, lacked flavor. I'm sure you had fun with the project, but there is an audience to consider.
Having said all that, you have potential as an animator. Perfect your style (as far as making it come to life is concerned), learn to animate in a slightly more timely and complex manner, and overall, mix it up! Perhaps collaborate with a few people to get yourself going, if you're truly interested in flash. I suspect good things around the corner, so don't let any hint of negativity in this or any other review get you down!
