Reviews for "SS - The Math of God"

Dah.

I kind of blanked out during the stuff you said about the harmonics in the triangle, so I don't know if I'm referring to the correct idea, but being the type of person I am, the fact that every single system of harmonics happens to be located in the top half of the triangle makes me want to build a system of harmonics in the bottom half just to prove it wrong.

RiverJordan responds:

That wouldn't prove it wrong, you'd just have to switch starting spots :P

There's something wrong in the begining

It is something really simple....
You said:
"Phi is matematical sequence."
No, it is a irrational number.
"Is the only sequence that need's two numbers to be calculated".
If we think Phi is a irrational constant, them the argument is wrong because Pi needs only 2 numbers, and Euler number needs only 1.
Euler number is better than Phi?

The way you describe Phi with formula isn't good. A better way is:
(a+b)/a = a/b = Phi => (a+b) = a*Phi or a = b*Phi

The same way nobody can prove with 100% sure that everything you said is not true, you can not prove that is true.
Overall good series.... I hope that you do not make other mistakes.

should be called math of cosmos

The Golden Ratio is a manmade tool of mathmatics. Like the word and symbol, infinite. It is only a pseudo phrase that holds no real stability. The animation is excellent.

RiverJordan responds:

Infinite, like fractal geometry, is proof of the infinite universe. Infinitely big and infinitely small.

Proof and philosophy doesn't sit well with me.

While a lot of the geometry stuff is very old knowledge, it's still interesting and you illustrated them well, however the spiritual fluff you throw in there at times kind of disappoints me. To me it looks like you have used a rather sneaky tactic of using cold hard mathematical proofs to push much less grounded religio-spiritual hypothesis. It's like saying "Hey, here's a bunch of interesting proven maths. Now here's a philosophical hypothesis which must be true because that mathematical stuff I talked about earlier was true."
I just ask people not to jump on the bandwagon and blindly accept that this guy must know what he's talking about because he knows a lot of facts. A little scepticism and reading some peer reviewed research should be done before accepting anything as true. I guess that goes for what I'm saying too.

Also, the rating accompanying this comment is no reflection on the flash. I merely gave it 5 in order to post my comment. To be perfectly honest I don't know what to rate this as.

See what you like.

People love to see patterns and they love to make something out of it that really is exaggerated. There are many different patterns in life because life in order to exist has patterns. Molecules in order to combine must settle themselves like sand into a stable position. As far as Mars goes, if you look at the face on mars directly from a different time you can see it doesn't look like a face. (from one angle the Sandia Mountains look like a sleeping elephant. The patterns people see they can credit with God but otherwise it is only in their minds.
Good animation though.
