Even though it's short and kinda scary at first, and it's sometimes tricky figuring out what to do, this game was so beautiful it nearly made me cry. Freakin' 42/10 my good sir!

great game, at some parts it is tricky, but in general a game which is a must play. Touched me deeply and I would say that there should be more games like these on Newgrounds and in general.
The moment "Lilium" began to play, I knew something was going to take a turn for the worst.
Some times I cry at the end you know with him being a monster.You sure know how to make a sad game.
Hahaha, ok, now I feel stupid... I believe I finished that without having used the cleaver... But I could be wrong!
Poor memory aside, The Outsider is one of my favourite short stories (Cool Air and the Randolph Carter exploits just pipping it) and this was a very nice nod to a Lovecraftian classic . The only 'faults' I managed to find were the length and the lack of vivid colour I was expecting in the final scenes.
Other than that, good show!
