**Spoiler and stuff so yah, don't look I guess it's tooooo late if your reading this oh darn***
I left this flash feeling that alot more could have been explored with the interactions between Solid Snake and Gordan Freeman, Or even the interactions surrounding the companion cube. In short your film is tooooo short.
While the animations/physical interactions were very solid and fun to watch. There wasn't a good solid amount of them for even much considerence to the general audience.
Near the end "aka chaff grenade and thermal eye" felt like fillers one would put in this sort of thing. They weren't cute, funny, or anything in between. 2 fillers for 3 total "Fun to watch" actions = bad, and the fact that they were back to back = worst. Clever use of boxes = good action, snake tripping the wire = funny action, and Gordon running away with the cube = best action yet not elaborated on makes it also the most disappointing.
I almost had the feeling you really could have elaborated via the cameo from any other reference, even the absurd like the 5th element. I would have found it funny as hell to have Cornelius "or however you spell his name" Bust through the wall armed with those alien thugs to take the cube.
Quite honestly if I knew how to do what you do, I would focus on three things to really fix up.
1. Longer
2. Elaborate actions that Fit the characters better, for instance Snake would have used a cigarette to see the smoke. "Personified action" this is also called.
3. Over all better elaboration and taking it to the extremes via your already impressive physical interactions, and ability to express action.
This will result in a story that is allot more fulfilling to watch. We are bored people we always want more after seeing something that pleases us. Also a more relate-able to pop culture/ Comedy in general. A more defined and standing out style, for I see promiss with your ability to create very expressed physical interaction within the worlds/ scenes you create that is "unique".
